The impound owner showed him the inside of the car and casually pointed at the gages. “It hardly has any mileage on it,” he said, sipping his morning coffee like it was just another slow Tuesday. Matthew looked carefully around the inside and under the bonnet, puzzled. He couldn’t understand why this car was being sold for such a cheap price. “What’s wrong with it?”
