Larger than expected
The team started digging around the object. Rocks were shattered, and sand fell from its side. At first, the team only saw a speckle of yellow metal, but they quickly noticed that the object was far larger than they had imagined. It was at least five feet in diameter. “What can it be?” crew members whispered.
