Finally, Bob agreed, though uncertainty was still written across his face. With Brody and Mike’s help, he hauled the gold out of the mountain, piece by piece, until the entire amount was retrieved. The sunlight burned Bob’s eyes for the first few hours, but eventually, he welcomed the warmth. Together, they drove to the gold, which was loaded in the back of Brody’s SUV, as well as on an extra trailer to a large gold exchange.
