A long overdue vacation
At the end of that year Emily and Kevin decided to plan a special family vacation. They wanted to create lasting memories with Chrissy and give her experiences she had missed out on in her earlier years. After much discussion, they settled on a beach holiday. The day of departure arrived, and Chrissy could barely contain her excitement. She bounced in her seat during the car ride, peppering her parents with questions about the ocean and beach activities.
